1. General Terms
▪︎ If your personal Terms of Use invalidates any rule found in this document or makes a statement that it “voids” my entire Terms and Conditions, do not contact me for commissions.
▫︎ That being said, this is a declaration that my terms of use overrules any conflicting terms in the buyer's personal Terms of Use regarding my artwork and designs.
▪︎ Inappropriate messages at any time will not be tolerated and will automatically cancel the commission process.
▪︎ When sending your form, please use shortened links such as bit.ly. Clear references with color palettes are preferred, but I can work with aesthetic boards or Pinterest boards.
▪︎ In the "Refs" line of the form, please also note how many characters you would like drawn in the piece.
▪︎ My art, especially commissioned pieces, are not to be traced or reposted without explicit permission from myself and the commissioner.
▫︎ Commissioners are allowed to repost where they like, please see "Copyright & Usage Policy" rule 4.2.
▪︎ Previous commissioners are not entitled to a free 'updated' remake of previous commissions if my skills improve or style changes.
▪︎ Completed forms must be sent in a single message blurb.

2. Process
▪︎ Simple commissions may take 2-6 days to complete
▫︎ Note that this may change due to commission complexity, school and health
▪︎ The Commission process will not begin until 50% of the total cost is paid upfront.
▫︎ The remaining 50% will be required before the high-resolution final piece is sent to the commissioner's email.
▪︎ Work-In-Progress images will be sent during the sketching phase, coloring phase and the final phase.

▫︎ Minor changes are free of charge, things
⬗ Outfit changes, expression changes, slight reposing
▫︎ The first major change is free but cost an additional $3 / 300 DP ea. after.

3. Copyright & Usage
▪︎ I will not draw for the purpose of using my artwork as an NFT.
▪︎ As the artist, I retain the copyright of my artwork, even if the piece includes original characters.
▫︎ I reserve the right to repost & showcase any art I create.
▪︎ Commissioner's may print off the piece for personal use only.
▪︎ If the commissioner would like commercial rights of my work to resell the image, an additional charge of 300% the commission price will be added.
▫︎ Credit must always remain; whether commercial rights were obtained or not.
▫︎ Credit in the form of text ("Artist - Ksureme"), tag ("Artist: @Ksureme"), or link (Artist: bit.do/Ksureme") is acceptable.
▫︎ My watermarks are not to be removed or covered up
4. Cancellations
▪︎ I may cancel the commission process if messages sent to me are offensive or inappropriate towards myself.
▪︎ Commissioner initiated cancellations are allowed only during the sketching phase. Once line art has been done, cancellations are no longer accepted.
▪︎ Commissioner initiated cancellations are not allowed for sketch commissions.
▪︎ If Work-In-Progress images have been sent, I will only refund 90% of the initial payment.
▫︎ This is to compensate the work I had already finished and sent out.
▪︎ Chargebacks after the commissioned art has been finished, sent and paid for will be fought against, and will result in blacklisting and potentially an "Artists Beware".
5. Will Not Draw

6. Pricing & Payment

7. NSFW INFORMATION
▪︎ Commissioner's must be eighteen (18) or older to order NSFW art
▪︎ I will require the date of birth of the commissioner prior to starting the NSFW commission
▪︎ NSFW prices are additional charges to the style & size commission price

By placing commission forms behind an “I Agree” clickwrap, it is a legal online agreement that you've read and agree to the terms and conditions that apply to my commission terms and conditions. Understand that I am a human first, and artist second. Punishable offences include, but are not limited to dehumanizing conversation, poor treatment towards me, sexualizing or objectifying me or continued uncomfortable conversation after being told to stop. I will send a courtesy message explaining what led to the cancellation and any other action. Penalties include commission cancellations, partial refunds, blacklisting, and a seller / artist beware post. The refusal of refunds is only applicable if the commission experience is incredibly deplorable due to the commissioner's behavior. As a protective measure, I have the right to retain screenshots of the commission conversation to use as evidence or to clear up untruthful claims.
